Dr Sai kiranmayee pursued her  MBBS from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad and then received post-graduate training in Ophthalmology from  Sarojini Eye Hospital, Hyderabad. She then went on to complete her fellowship in Medical and Surgical Vitreo Retina at Pushpagiri Vitreoretina Institute, Hyderabad, 

Kiranmayee is passionate doctor with a  keen interest on Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) . This interest of hers translates to regular screening visits at various government and private neonatal ICUs, treating and managing preterm babies diagnosed with ROP and following them up over their childhood resulting in reduction of avoidable childhood blindness. Her passion for ROP has resulted in publications and talks in various national and international platforms.
