Dr. Madhuri Gadde completed her MBBS from Gandhi medical college, Hyderabad and MS Ophthalmology from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. Following this, she served as a senior resident for 1 year at Sarojini Devi eye hospital, Hyderabad and for 2 years at Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Secunderabad. This was followed by a long-term Cataract fellowship at Sankara eye hospital, Guntur.

Her main areas of interest include Micro incision cataract surgeries, imaging in the anterior segments and clinical research pertaining to cataracts. She has presented scientific papers and posters at national and state-level conferences.
